A hacker stole US drone and tank documents because nobody changed the default router password As long as people continue to ignore critical security patches and do not change the default passwords on their devices, high-profile hacks like this one will remain common and could have lasting consequences. A computer hacker was able to infiltrate the computer network of a Nevada Air Force base because nobody changed the default password of a Netgear router on its network. The hacker then made off with sensitive documents about the Air Force's MQ-9 Reaper drone and put them up for sale on a dark web marketplace. FCC to vote on rule that will charge consumers to hear grievances Why It Matters:-   The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) was created to handle and regulate communications in any broadcast form. Part of its duties is to hear complaints from consumers in issues of abuse. However, on Thursday the commission will vote on a rule that will severely restrict this function. Sending them back to the offending firm defeats the whole purpose of contacting the agency in the first place. The only remaining option would be to file a formal complaint and pay a $225 fee to have the commission consider the claim. The FCC says that the proposed rule
